Strengthening Connections at the Grand Forum

The MAGMA team had the privilege of participating in the Grand Forum on Settlement for Francophone Newcomers. This meaningful gathering created an important space to connect with Francophone newcomers from across New Brunswick and to deepen our understanding of their experiences, challenges, and aspirations.

The forum highlighted that settlement goes beyond access to services—it is about fostering a genuine sense of belonging and building strong, inclusive communities. What made this event especially impactful was the opportunity for open and honest dialogue. Participants shared their stories, raised key issues, and engaged in solution-focused conversations.

These rich exchanges reinforced the importance of listening to lived experiences and continuing to strengthen collaboration among organizations and communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Le CAFi for organizing this impactful and inspiring event.
